on a time spent basis.

- Domiciliation of the company (Registered office, Manager(s) / Director(s) mandates) £ 4.500
- Administration of the company (General Assembly, Board of Director Minutes… for a maximum of 20 hours per year) £ 2.500
- Accounting of the company (Accounting of invoices, bank statements, drawing up of the balance sheet, tax return… for a maximum of 20 hours per year) £ 3.000
