If you are contacted by Mr. Carlos Coien with also a release of a business card as New Italian Service Ltd, be aware he’s not legit.
We would like that you intervene immediately contacting the police, because he has been presented with legal action against him to the Italian and English authorities.
12/11/2009 – Delays from the FSA for the licenses.
Unfortunately FSA is informing that there will be further delays for the release of licenses. Please read their communicate in order to make knowledge to our clients, who are waiting for licenses. "FSA CONFIRMS DELAY IN DEALING WITH AUTHORISATIONS AND VOPS In a letter dated 6 November the new Head of Permissions Department at the FSA, Sharon Campbell, confirmed that due to the increased volumes of complex applications and the more intrusive approach being adopted by the FSA to these applications the FSA is experiencing delays both in allocating case officers to, and in dealing with, applications and variations of permissions. The FSA does expect this to be a temporary situation and does appreciate that this is frustrating both for applicants and their advisers. In the meantime the FSA is asking compliance consultants to bear with them during this period and if possible to give them more time before querying what the progress has been made on a particular authorisation or variation of permission."

The website misbelieves the users by deception about partnership with NIS , because they have copied and pasted our pages using our licenses as marketing. It has already been denounced to the English authority, Dubai authority and of course the Italian authority, with the accusation of nonconformity to the local jurisdiction.

HSBC has communicate us that from now on every bank account has to have a minimum deposit of £2000 in order to be active. Every bank account, which within the end of february does not match the requirements, it is going to be closed without notice.
