Here are some regular questions which might help you to find your answers....

How do I invoice my supplier?
It’s the standard procedure used in each country with the exception of VAT. Many times your invoices will be VAT free.

Do taxations at source exist?
Absolutely Not. Standard invoice only.

Can my clients enter the invoices into their ledger accounts?
Certainly. The invoice belongs to the EC legislation.

How do I pay the National Insurance?
The same as in your own country, but you will pay it in the UK, if you decide to be an employee, otherwise as employer you have no obligations.

Can I withdraw it back in my country later?
Certainly.

Who will the Manager Director be?
The Manager Director will be as usual the person who runs the company and who signs for the bank account.

Who can the secretary be?
Someone you trust otherwise, we can cover this role for you. The Secretary has no more responsibilities in a private company. From the 1st of April 2008 it’s not compulsory to set up a company.

Is it true that the Director and Secretary can be the same person?
Absolutely not, many people write this concept, asserting that, but it is not true.

How many partners is it possible to have?
It is necessary to have a sole partner, who holds 100% of the shares.

Who complies with all the English law’s obligations?
NIS does everything.

Can we employ people?
Yes certainly. NIS does everything for you.

Can we arrange an appointment?
If you visit or call our office in London, we will be pleased to arrange an appointment for you.

How can we be certain about NIS?
You can consult several British databases to check that we have the correct licenses and any of these licenses will confirm that we are a legal Financial Consulting company, which is very difficult to obtain because you have to be resident in the UK.  Otherwise feel free to call or visit us in our London office for more information.

Are we able to protect our property?
Certainly. Many of our clients purchase estates and other goods with their LTD.

Do we need to have a branch in our country?
It depends from the nature of your business and management to adopt.

Can you run the company for me?
It’s our Job too.

How do I manage my English bank account?
Simply by the internet.

Can I be visible?
Only as Director, but not as shareholder.

Can I be resident in my country?
Certainly.

Does my country need to be concerned about this?
No as long as you respect the rules in force, following our directions, you have nothing to worry about

In my country I have another job, can I have a LTD anyway?
Why not? There is no problems.

I had financial problems in my country, can I open a LTD?
Yes you can. You had financial problems in your country, not in UK.

If I work in my country, where do I need to pay my contributions?
It depends from the job or business. We need to verify your situation before advising you.
